Replacement Policy
Effective Date:
At FORÈAL, we take great care to ensure every product meets our quality standards before it reaches you.
No Returns
We do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Colour preference
- Personal preference
We encourage customers to review the product description, size guide, and images carefully before placing an order.
Replacement Eligibility
A replacement will be provided only if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive a defective product.
- You receive the wrong item.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To request a replacement, you must provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
The video must:
- Clearly show the package before it is opened, including the shipping label.
- Be continuous, with no cuts, pauses, or edits.
- Clearly show the issue with the product.
Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement.
Reporting Time
Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email us:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- The complete unboxing video
- Supporting photographs, if applicable
Approval Process
Once your request is verified and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product, subject to stock availability.
If the same item is unavailable, FORÈAL reserves the right to offer:
- A replacement with a similar product of equal value, or
- Store credit equal to the purchase amount.
Replacement requests that do not meet the above conditions may be declined.
